The Client agrees to furnish its MDS data which we use solely for the purpose of
analyzing the MDS data, to generate reports, and to inform the Client of potential
certification and direct care reimbursement issues. The reports include the following:
Quality Stat and Financial Stat. Once data is received at our web site, facilities can
then generate the reports as often as necessary so that facility staff may be apprised
of potential certification and direct care reimbursement issues.
For your records, a
confidentiality statement
is on a separate page of our web site
and can be printed out for your use. In order to upload your data, please call us
and we'll assist. Our Oracle program reads MDS data from any software system, just
like the State.
