WHAT IS MxManage?
MxManage (pronounced max-manage) is the one management tool which provides the facility with the means to retrieve, organize, and display MDS information. This tool provides for maximizing management´s effectiveness by retrieving and organizing information about the facility´s performance as a whole.

MxManage Quality Stat provides priority information needed to organize, plan, and implement a proactive quality assurance program driven by identified quality indicators, clinical queries, and reimbursement strategies.
Our clients have found MxManage Quality Stat invaluable in identifying those residents whom regulators will likely review, in accessing information to prepare for the survey, targeting and analyzing residents´ acuity needs, and in distributing resources to meet the needs.

MxManage Financial Stat includes a reimbursement analysis of your Medicare RUGs utilization, facility average ADL score, the impact of nursing restorative programming, a review of Medicaid therapy utilization, and direct care staffing projections. Our recommendations, once implemented, generally recompense the facility for the costs of MxManage many times over.
